During a Keynote I will take you on a tailormade journey through history, based on your situation, issues or themes.

Surely you don't think that the Pharaohs who had the pyramids built didn't suffer from an inefficient supply chain, supplier problems, or incompetent managers? Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan and Napoleon also had trouble communicating their mission and vision to the soldiers they relied on. You have a problem? They had it too! Only we have the advantage of being able to see how our ancestors' problems ultimately turned out. So play smart and put your future in the hands of the past.

During the workshop I will take the lead in group discussion and conversation on a certain subject of you choosing. We could dive deeper into a range of subjects, from Diversity and Inclusion now and then, to how to deal with a changing market and economy or even how to deal with different generations at your workplace. History provides a vast range of examples on how to, and how not to, deal with the problems and challenges you face.

I will make sure to include everyone in the conversation, moderate where needed and that you arrive at a common goal or objective.
